Santos Dumont – XO 70 cl. 40%

Antos Dumont XO is manufactured on the pure newly squeezed juice from the fresh sugar cane. The newly squeezed juice is a delicacy in itself when the juice is lovingly distilled on old copper boilers, pot still, one achieves a clear crisp quality piritus. This newborn Rome is then poured on three different types of oak barrels as previously contained:

Bourbon giving rumble notes of vanilla and black pepper.
PX Sherryfade, adding ripe fruit, honey and a snatch of old oak.
Portcine dishes, with sweetness, sharpness and soft vinous character.

Then it is up to the very knowledgeable and experienced Master Blender, to stick the three dish types together in the magical blend that gives us an old noble Rome. Now resting the room for the last time in the simple hand-picked dish, where the room develops its very special single-degree character.

A Santos Dumont XO is always numbered single-rowroma indicating both fads and bottle number.

Banana, coconut mature fruit and apricotors

Taste:

Soft tanins, high esters, honey and not least fermented fruit

Aftertaste:

A lovely long aftertaste in sweetness of the sweet

Amber, bold with beautiful curtains. Drink the room as it is or in cocktail glass with crushed ice to the coffee.
