RICH AND HARMONIOUS

The wine is elegant with an intense golden yellow color. The wine is also intense on the nose with syrupy fruit aromas of pear, peach and dried apricots. The wine is rich and lush on the palate with a harmonious finish underlined by crisp, mineral notes and a lingering echo of dried apricots.

Serve the wine as an aperitif, with foie gras or with chocolate or fruit-based desserts.

Maison Henri Ehrhart: In the 70s, Henri Ehrhart bought 4 hectares of vineyards around the small picturesque town of Ammerschwihr approx. 8 km. west of Colmar – the “capital” of Alsatian wines. Over the years, the family company has grown to be the fifth largest producer of Alsatian wines with 7 million bottles annually, and the company is today run by son Cyrille Ehrhart.

With their own winery and bottling plant in Ammerschwihr and with the very latest technology, the Ehrhart family has control over the quality of their wines and can bottle the wines at exactly the right time.

The Ehrhart family has a finger on both the French and international pulse, and the company is adept at adapting to consumers’ tastes in wine.
