Grappa Bianca Nardini from Bassano, Italy, is the undisputed leader in the market for high quality grappa spirits. The fresh grapes used to produce this Grappa are very carefully selected from the Northern Italian provinces Veneto and Friuli. After these grapes have rested in silos, where the fermentation process began, the grape red was distilled from the end of October to early May. This Grappa, Deilo Nardini Blanca, was then aged for a year in stainless steel containers to be properly refined. Then it was passed through a double distillation process and cold filtered to achieve its maximum smoothness and expression. This is a clean, light and crystalline spirit that presents magnificent scents blunt and dry, immediately after opening this bottle. This spirit is perfect to enjoy after meals like digestive agent, and it is also a good cocktail spirit.
