FANTI Sant’Antimo Soralisa 2022 75 cl.

Tuscany – Italy

Filippo Fanti has been producing white wine since the 80s using Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia Toscana. In the early 2000s, Filippo decided to enrich his grades by introducing Viognier and Vermentino to the blend to make it more fragrant and mineral.

This is how “Soralisa” was born, a delicate wine in honor of his beloved aunt Lisina.

Method:
Harvested by hand in mid-September. The grapes are lightly pressed and placed in large steel tanks, where fermentation takes place under controlled temperature (17-19° C). The wine is stored in steel tanks for a further three months before bottling.

Grade:
Intense straw yellow color with golden tones. The fragrance is rich in complex aromas and notes of white flowers such as acacia and chamomile and white peach and orange.

The taste is fresh, mineral and integrates well with the orange flavor, and gives a long pleasant aftertaste.
Served:
8-10°C

Fits to:
As an aperitif, starters, simple pasta dishes, white meat, veal, seafood, creamy cheeses.
