CRISP, FRESH AND JUICY
A dark red rosé wine with a flattering scent of the red berries of the forest, here is a symphony of cherries, strawberries and roses. The taste is balanced with great fruit complexity and a long, subtle aftertaste.

Serve this wine with light meats, salads and mild cheeses.

Manufacturing
In Australia, the grapes are harvested in April, when they have reached optimum maturity. In the production of this rosé wine, the skins have been left together with the must for a shorter time to extract color. The wine is then treated as a white wine with fermentation at a controlled temperature and subsequent storage in steel tanks, in order to preserve as much of the wine’s character as possible.
