Serve at approximately 8–10 °C. Whether diluted with water or served neat over ice depends on personal preference. Traditionally, raki is enjoyed like wine with meals, sipped slowly. When diluted with water, it forms a beautiful white cloudiness due to the high anise content. It’s an excellent pairing with Mediterranean and Turkish dishes.
