Yellowstone’s Special Finishes Collection is a continuously growing exploration of finishes and new perspectives on their iconic bourbon profile. To expand their collection, they have created Rum Cask. By finishing the aging process for nine weeks in rum casks sourced directly from Havana, Cuba, they infuse spicy notes and tropical sweetness into their 4-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

Limestone Branch Distillery is run by brothers Stephen and Paul Beam. The Beam family has been involved in whiskey production since 1795 when Jacob Beam sold his first barrel of corn whiskey. Since then, Jacob Beam’s descendants have created many iconic bourbons and rye whiskies, including Jim Beam and Booker’s.
The Beam brothers continued the family tradition and opened Limestone Branch Distillery in 2011 in Lebanon, Kentucky. Since then, the distillery has launched Yellowstone Bourbon, Yellowstone Single Malt, and Minor Case Rye Whiskey.
