POWERFUL AND INTENSE
Valderivero Roble has an intense and clear cherry red color. The aroma is intense and fruity with blackcurrant and blueberry and with finely integrated notes from barrel ageing. The wine is powerful and harmonious with a pleasant fruity sensation on the palate and with delightfully ripe tannins.
Serve the wine with meat dishes or with cheese.

Manufacturing
Valderivero Roble is made from Tempranillo grapes harvested from fields at an altitude of 800-830 meters. The sandy fields have a good lime and clay content, which gives the vines good nutrition and water. The grapes produce elegant wines with large volume and high fruit concentration and velvety tannins.
About the manufacturer
Valderivero tells the story of a dedicated family in the wine business. Since 1899, the Rivero family has cultivated the quality of their wines. From the very beginning in 1899, the family has been a role model with their DOC Rioja wines.
Over the years and with the fourth generation in the family, they have worked to explore more wine qualities and have thus discovered the huge potential that lies in Spain’s other wine regions.
For several years, the family has been looking for areas in Ribera del Duero that fit in with the family’s philosophy. Valderivero is the essence of the character of a region enclosed by the Duero.
