Tomatin Legacy is matured in traditional ex-bourbon casks and, as an extra touch of spice, in virgin oak casks. This gives Legacy the renowned sweetness the whisky is known for.
Tomatin Distillery – A Highland distillery that, back in the 1970s, was Scotland’s largest, with a total of 23 stills in operation. Their motto was “Largest!” In 1984, a struggling Tomatin was purchased by Japanese investors, who embarked on a transformation mission: from “Largest” to “Best!”
Today, Tomatin releases a wide range of whiskies, selling in over 50 international markets – the mission from largest to best is well on its way to success!
