Tekirdag Gold is a masterpiece of distillation. It is made 100% from grapes from the Cesme region, known for their exquisite quality. Tekirdag Gold’s golden color comes from the oak barrels where it is aged for around 90 days after double distillation. Packaged in a beautiful matte bottle with gold lettering, it is also an excellent gift.

Tasting Notes:

Serve at around 8–10 °C. Whether diluted with water or enjoyed neat over ice is a matter of personal preference. Raki is traditionally enjoyed in small sips, like wine, with meals. Diluted with water, it takes on a beautiful white cloudiness, thanks to its high anise content. It pairs wonderfully with Mediterranean and Turkish dishes. The high essential oil content lends a smooth finish and round taste. It also has the characteristic licorice notes of raki, though less intense than other varieties.
