This whisky is crafted from 100% floor-malted Danish barley, double-distilled in open-flame copper stills, and matured in first-fill Tawny Port casks. The result is a balanced whisky with a distinctive smoky character, complemented by sweet fruit and spices.

Using the best raw materials and most traditional production methods:

Made from barley grown within a bike ride from our distillery in West Jutland.
AUTHENTIC
Our grain is 100% floor-malted and smoked at the distillery, ensuring flavor preservation through traditional methods.
COMPLEXITY
The whisky is matured on-site, first in new American oak barrels and then in first-fill Tawny Port casks from Porto, Portugal.

Double-distilled in 24 small pot stills heated over an open flame. Non-chill filtered—sediment may occur.
