On Saturday, May 3rd, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, we invite you to an exclusive whisky experience in our atmospheric wine cellar. We are thrilled to present a representative from the renowned Danish distillery Stauning, who will guide us through an exciting tasting of six unique whiskies, including some of their latest releases.
About Stauning Whisky: Stauning Whisky was founded in 2005 by nine friends with a shared passion for whisky. The distillery is known for its unique approach, which includes floor malting – an old method where the grain is spread out on the floor and turned manually to ensure optimal germination. They also use small copper stills with direct heat, which gives the whisky an intense and complex flavor. Stauning has won several international awards, including gold at the IWSC for their Rye Whisky.
