The journey of this whisky begins with our signature floor-malted Danish rye and barley, double-distilled in small, open-flame heated copper stills. Initially matured in new American oak casks, the whisky is then transferred to Oloroso and Moscatel sherry casks, carefully selected from Jerez.
This finishing process infuses deep, complex flavor notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and subtle spices, weaving a rich tapestry of taste that unfolds with every sip.
