In Allegrini’s hands, this has resulted in a refined wine based on a blend of Garganega (80%) and Chardonnay (20%). The wine has been aged for four months in stainless steel tanks to preserve as much freshness as possible.

In the glass, it presents a beautiful straw-yellow color with green reflections. The aroma is adorned with fresh flowers combined with notes of peach and green melon. The finish is long and crisp with a refreshing acidity.

Here you have a classic and delicious white wine from the Soave region north of Lake Garda – an area particularly well-suited for fresh and thirst-quenching white wines.
