Silverboom Sauvignon Blanc has an inviting clear golden color. The wine is crisp and fruity with notes of gooseberries, green apples and citrus. Silverboom Sauvignon Blanc is particularly harmonious with a slight mineral undertone. The aftertaste is pleasant and glides elegantly on the palate.

Passionate winemakers carefully select the grapes for Silverboom Sauvignon Blanc from fields in the Western Cape region of South Africa, where the Mediterranean climate contributes to a perfect ripening period for the grapes. To ensure the freshness and acidity of the grapes, they are harvested in the cool morning hours and fermentation takes place at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks.
