Tequila, the national drink of the Mexicans
According to the strict laws of the Mexican government, tequila is produced exclusively from the heart of the blue Weber agave. Premium agave plants mature several years after planting and are then harvested. The hearts are distilled twice in typical copper tanks (pot still method). The origin and production are closely monitored by the Consejo Regulador del Tequila A.C.

About Sierra Tequila
Founded in the late 1970s in Guadalajara, the Sierra Unidas family distillery is still located today in a historic area, in the heart of Mexico’s second largest city, the “capital” of tequila.
