The wine has been aged for a minimum of 24 months in oak casks and 36 months in the bottle, i.e. a total of 5 years. Recommended for stews, red meat, Iberian sausages and salty cheeses.
Bodegas La Eralta is located in the heart of Rioja. They have 360 hectares of vineyards, handle approx. 4 million kilos of grapes per year. It’s there all the time
approx. 2 million bottles for maturation and then they have more than 10,000 French and American oak barrels for storing Crianza, Reserva and Gran Reserva.
