Scrappy’s Bitters Lime is a cocktail bitters made with fresh, organic limes. Citrus, especially lime and lemon, is a regular guest in both classic and new cocktails – but rarely in the form of bitters! However, it works incredibly well in cocktails made with gin, vodka, white rum, tequila and mezcal, and anything that needs a hint of citrus, so just let your imagination run wild.
Serving suggestion: Use in very small quantities in cocktails, gin & tonics or sparkling water.

Scrappy’s Bitters was founded by bartender Miles Thomas, who was fed up with bitters of questionable quality and decided to embark on his own bitters project. After years of experimenting with extractions and infusions, he got the result he wanted.
