Scrappy’s Grapefruit Bitters is a cocktail bitters made with grapefruit as the dominant flavor. The fresh, perfumed notes from the grapefruit and a fine bitterness from the gentian go perfectly well in cocktails with gin, white rum, tequila and mezcal. Try a dash in your gin & tonic!

Scrappy’s Bitters was founded by bartender Miles Thomas, who was fed up with bitters of questionable quality and decided to embark on his own bitters project.
