Ricard is a pastish drink that was created in 1932 by Poul Ricard in Provence, and today it is the epitome of French lifestyle and France’s absolute National Drik. In addition to star anise, fennel and licorice roots, a unique blend of exciting proceeds is used.
Ricard is enjoyed with at least 5-7 parts of ice cold water. It is important that it is diluted with at least five parts of water, otherwise the taste may work too powerful.
