Plantation Space Original Dark is a Rome composed of 1 to 3 years old Barbados-Rome and 10-15 years old Jamaican high-ester Rome. In the best Ferrand style, blended on Cognac dishes, and the result is a tasteful and versatile Rome whips in cocktails, both classic and in the Tiki genre.

Maison Ferrand was created with one mission: to preserve France’s gastronomic treasures. Alexandre has made a virtue of breathing life in old and long-lasting traditions, and the everlasting Learned Frenchman is, among other things, known to get up and buy old archives from bankrupt houses, to learn more about past production methods.
