The Rutherford Wine Company was founded more than 50 years ago. The Zaninovich family had huge ambitions and set up a number of agricultural projects in California, and the Panamera soon proved to be of a very special nature. Today, the third generation of the Zaninovich family is at the helm of the winery, and the family’s tenacity and diligence are still reflected in a wide range of projects. At the winery alone, they create wine under several different labels, but all based on the property Rutherford Ranch in Napa Valley.

The family owns several hundred hectares of fields, which are mainly cultivated according to organic principles. In order to achieve the expression they want in their wines, they also buy grapes from smaller producers around California, so they can focus one hundred percent on achieving the best results when harvesting the grapes they grow themselves.

This fantastic white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes, which are aged in new oak barrels after vinification. The result is a rich and creamy white wine with fine acidity and notes of baked apples, pears and pineapple as well as hints of vanilla and coconut.
