Olave Vermouth Rojo (Red) 75 cl. 16%

The color is mahogany with orange reflections. It is a dense and compact color but very clean.

The aroma is intense with notes of aromatic herbs and spices. Light balsamic notes that give a pleasant special aromatic structure.

Good intensity in the mouth, Good alcohol intensity. Olave Rojo has the peculiarity of being produced with an alcohol strength that is greater than what is usual and in this way a fine balance is achieved with its degree of acidity. This vermouth gives a velvety mouthfeel. Woody notes perfectly combined with the sweet herbs, and with a long and nicely bitter aftertaste.

Should be served cold, – between 4º and 6º.

It can be accompanied by all kinds of pickles, mature cheese, cakes, potato chips and is ideal for structured cocktails with body, mixed with whiskey, bourbons, aged rum, vodka and a dry gin.
