Clear with yellowish and greenish reflex.

Intense nose with notes of aromatic herbs and spices. Light balsamic notes that give a very pleasant and particularly aromatic structure.

Good alcohol intensity in the mouth, well balanced with its acidity. The sugar content gives a velvety feeling in the mouth.
Woody notes perfectly combined with the sweet herbs from the opening blend. With a long and nicely bitter aftertaste – but sweet Spanish vermouth.

Olave Vermouth Blanco is perfect for the many who are being introduced or re-introduced to vermouth, because it partly has a very complex taste, but at the same time contains the sweetness that many Danes prefer. The red wine has an aromatic and spicy taste, which gives an intense experience of sweet herbs and notes of wood.

Should be served cold, – between 4º and 6º.
