This Molinari Caffe Liker is made of 100% Italian roasted coffee beans that give the liqueur a nice deep, dark color. Molinari Caffe Liker has an intense bouquet with notes of roasted coffee beans and anise, as well as a warm and rich flavor where the hint of coffee and anise is in perfect balance.

This bottle is manufactured under personal supervision of the founder’s grandson, Angelo Molinari, which ensures unique taste and good quality. Angelo Molinari invented this liqueur in the happy “Dolce Vita” days in the late 1950s. Today, it is Italy’s most popular beverage in its category.

In 1945, Angelo Molinari developed the first product, “Sambuca Extra”, in the Molinari name. A product that has later become a synonym for the manufacturer, and today, it is argued that Molinari is the Creator behind the spirit category “Sambuca”.

In 1975, Molinari Sud S.P.A in Colvice, who was then a whole new ultra-automated factory that was capable of producing whole 60,000 bottles a day.
