MARSK GIN BLACK SOL 40%. Black Sol Gin distilled with local aronia berries (which are rich in antioxidants) & citrus & orange & licorice root & coriander. Served with tonic and orange – also try gingerbeer or lemon. The gin has been flavored with aronia berries and therefore has a slightly reddish colour. Made from scratch in the Marsk distillery’s copper kettle.
About the Marsk distillery
Over several years, Hans Sjursen and Pernille have together created the lifestyle place Brinksgaard. Now Hans has quit his job and created the Marskdestilleriet. Here the drops are created in the total presence of marshland, mudflats and a sense of adventure. Produced and stored on Rømø, where the heather and the salty wine wind play the main roles. The marsh distillery’s various gins are packed with flavor from the various botanicals – all of them are in the dry style, and are best enjoyed with a slightly light, mouth-watering tonic.
