TASTING NOTES:
The extended aging gives this selected grappa reserve a unique sensory profile. Its intense color heralds aromatic power and softness, which are clearly experienced during tasting. Barrel aging has developed spicy aromas in an extraordinary way, with prominent notes of pepper, cloves, nutmeg, dark tobacco, anise, and licorice. These initial impressions are followed by fruity scents of jam, baked apple, prunes, almonds, and walnuts. Subsequently, a floral nuance of honey is also detected, creating an exceptionally authentic and harmonious whole.
