This year’s Christmas aquavit has – according to tradition – also been on a journey. In fact, the drops in this bottle have been more than three years in the making. First aged in their cask stock, after which it has been transported in the finest sherry casks across the great oceans, the Equator has been crossed twice.
The result is a soft and harmonious aquavit, which, with its fine sweet touches of vanilla and citrus, anise and dried fruit, is the perfect companion for the Nordic Christmas table.
