The wine’s aroma reaches out to you with notes of candied orange and balsamic. When you taste, you will experience a fresh wine with a good acidity with hints of more candied orange, balsamic and citrus fruit. Refreshing and with a delicate bitterness.
About Famille Fabre
At French Famille Fabre, as for many other good winemakers, a respectful relationship with nature is of crucial importance. Since 1991, Louis Fabre has pioneered the house’s conversion to organic viticulture and was one of the first Languedoc winemakers to really go green. He continues to this day to prioritize and develop eco-conscious agriculture and winemaking, to explore new methods and is always looking for new solutions to the environmental problems we face. The mantra is: “Quality is not a state, it is a path”.
Today, the Fabre family owns five castles, including Chateau de Luc and Domaine de Grande Courtade. Chateau de Luc is a really beautiful, old castle from the 14th century. The castle’s vineyards are terraced on the surrounding hillsides, mainly with a high location above the sea and thus a cool climate for the area.
