Wine production
The wine Terre Siciliane Bianco IGT L’Isola Bianco 2022 – Hibiscus is produced using a carefully selected selection of native Sicilian grape varieties. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for a period of 3 weeks. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, adding elegance and complexity to the final product. The vinification takes place in Sicily, precisely in the city of Palermo. The vines are grown on soil rich in minerals, which gives a typical expression of the area. The vines are exposed to excellent sunlight, which allows a uniform ripening of the grapes.
