Full-bodied, soft, complex and enormously intense with fresh and tropical aromas of papaya, mango, ripe peach and apricot. Bold fruit balanced with a fine acidity that gently caresses the tongue with an exquisite, silky aftertaste.
The grapes were pressed immediately after arriving at the vineyard. Then the must was fermented cool, with yeast specially selected to withstand the harsh conditions of the high sugar levels in the icewine juice. Fermentation was stopped when the perfect balance between alcohol and residual sugar had been reached, after which the finished wine was immediately bottled to ensure optimal aroma and flavor intensity.
