Recipe for Hugo Spritz:
Ingredients:
6 cl prosecco
3 cl elderflower liqueur
2 cl soda water
Freshly squeezed lime juice (to taste)
Ice cubes
Mint leaves for garnish
Lime slice for garnish
Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Add 6 cl prosecco.
Pour 3 cl elderflower liqueur into the glass.
Top with 2 cl soda water.
Add freshly squeezed lime juice to taste.
Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime.
