Recipe for Hugo Spritz:

Ingredients:

• 6 cl prosecco
• 3 cl elderflower liqueur
• 2 cl soda water
• Freshly squeezed lime juice (to taste)
• Ice cubes
• Mint leaves for garnish
• Lime slice for garnish

Instructions:

1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
2. Add 6 cl prosecco.
3. Pour 3 cl elderflower liqueur into the glass.
4. Top with 2 cl soda water.
5. Add freshly squeezed lime juice to taste.
6. Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
7. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime.
