Reintroduced in 2019, Highland Park 21 Year Old has been ripened in a combination of first-filled European oak Sherry Fade, first fill American oak Sherry Fade and a handful of refilling dishes. The palate offers notes of mature mango, sun-dried orange peel, sweet bulb, fresh ginger, nutmeg, vanilla and aromatic drying.
