Herringbone Sauvignon Blanc 2023 75 cl.

Marlborough – New Zealand

Packed with flavors and aromas of lime and lemon, hints of gooseberry and blackcurrant, all supported by a fine richness. Super elegant with a wonderfully long, vibrant finish.

Herringbone Hills is a series of hills whose rippling patterns were created by water flowing down the slopes, carving through the soil over thousands of years. They are located west of the vineyard and run parallel to the Waihopai River in Marlborough, New Zealand’s most renowned wine region.

The grapes for this wine come from stony soils, delivering precisely the lively, super-crisp, and fresh classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc profile—with vibrant flavors and aromas of lemon, lime, and gooseberry.

“SUPER JUICY”
An archetypal Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that bursts out of the glass with notes of green bell pepper, elderflower, blackcurrant bush, and juicy peaches. The acidity is moderate, and fine phenolics create a long finish. This is precision winemaking—super juicy and ultra-aromatic.
