It is manufactured after a seven generations old recipe, in which only ingredients are included as local corn, malted barley, rye, pure limestone water and the family’s unique yeast strain. Through Kentucky’s hot summers and icy winters are stored this particular bourbon in open straw magazines and then achieves its soft character and rich taste by mature in fade of white oak.
