Grande Courtade L’instant Bulle PET NAT (ECO) 75 cl.

Famille Fabre – France

Great complexity and exquisite freshness. Slightly golden in the glass with a soft mousse and filled with notes of white flowers and stone fruit. The taste is light with notes of lemon and grapefruit as well as notes of white peach and almond. The aftertaste is nicely mineral with a dry and elegant finish.

Instant Bulle Pet Nat is a sparkling wine produced by Familie Fabre. This wine comes from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in southern France, known for its warm Mediterranean climate and diverse terroir. Viticulture takes place with great respect for nature. The Fabre family follows sustainable cultivation methods and works in collaboration with nature. The vineyards, which lie on hillsides and benefit from the many sunny days and cool sea breezes, produce perfectly ripe grapes with a nice balance of acidity and fruity sweetness.

This wine is perfect as an aperitif or with dishes with fresh seafood, such as oysters or prawns, or light salads with green leaves and citrus.

The vinification of Instant Bulle Pet Nat takes place according to the Petillant Naturel method (also called Méthode Ancestrale), a traditional method for producing sparkling wine. This method involves the wine fermenting naturally, where in the middle of the fermentation the wine is bottled, after which the wine ferments further, which creates the bubbles

About Famille Fabre
At French Famille Fabre, as for many other good winemakers, a respectful relationship with nature is of crucial importance. Since 1991, Louis Fabre has pioneered the house’s conversion to organic viticulture and was one of the first Languedoc winemakers to really go green. He continues to this day to prioritize and develop eco-conscious agriculture and winemaking, to explore new methods and is always looking for new solutions to the environmental problems we face. The mantra is: “Quality is not a state, it is a path”.

For several generations, the Fabre family has cultivated an innate sense of invention and innovation. It can be seen from André Fabre’s harvest ‘carts’ to Louis Andrieu’s ‘colorimètre’ used to measure the color of wine. An openness to new ideas has become the backbone of an eternal commitment to quality. The newly harvested grapes set the tone and the winemaker envisions new vintages; carbonation maceration, natural and sparkling wines.

Today, the Fabre family owns five castles, including Chateau de Luc and Domaine de Grande Courtade. Chateau de Luc is a really beautiful, old castle from the 14th century. The castle’s vineyards are terraced on the surrounding hillsides, mainly with a high location above the sea and thus a cool climate for the area.
