Following expert blending, the whisky undergoes a distinctive finish in hand-selected White Port barriques sourced from Portugal, adding a unique layer of flavour and complexity.
Tasting Note by Glencadam:
Nose: Tangy strawberries and stone fruits bounde with Chantilly cream, buttery malt and citrus oils.
Palate: Sweet layers of summer berries and baked apple mingled with golden raisins, raspberry jam and brandy snap biscuits.
Finish: White pepper and custard tarts fading into a cinder toffee and sandalwood linger.
