Wine of a deep ruby red color. The bouquet has a balanced aroma of cherry, cranberry, chocolate, hints of vanilla and white pepper. The wine has a rich fruity taste with dense tannins, good structure, long and fresh aftertaste. Ideal for serving with roast poultry, steak, mature cheeses.

Method:
Selected bunches and grapes are harvested by hand from mid-September to mid-October. The grapes are pressed and fermentation takes place in steel tanks under controlled temperature (max 30°C). The wine matures in oak barrels for 24 months (50% in large French tonneaux and 50% in large oak barrels/botti) before bottling and further aging in bottle for 18 months.
Grade:
Intense ruby red color with a touch of garnet. Big, intense aroma of ripe red fruit, tobacco and sweet spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, bergamot and roasted almonds. The taste is elegant with ripe silky tannins that go well with the fruit and spice. The complexity of the wine is enriched by the fine minerality, and the aftertaste is deep, round and tasty.
