DICTADOR SINFONIA RUM 42% Fino Vintage 2000 is a really nice rum.

The Sinfonia series, together with the Libreto series, are the latest special launches from Master Blender Hernan Parra. Each bottle is aged in American oak, and some have been finished in either Sherry casks or Port wine casks. It is vintage rum and single cask from the best drawer. Find your own favorite!

The Fino Vintage 2000 edition with its 42% has a nose of rich red fruits, raspberries and hints of white chocolate. There are notes of sandalwood, cinnamon and cloves and a hint of leather. In the mouth there are light notes of leather/ruskin, grapefruit and blood orange, a small touch of lavender, but also red cherries and tobacco. There is a long finish with red cherries and more tobacco notes.
