DICTADOR SINFONIA RUM 43% Borbon Vintage 2000 is a super rum.

The Borbon Vintage 2000 edition with its 43% has a nose of dark cherries, cinnamon, and a bit of apple pie. There are nutmeg and oak notes. There is an underlying note of vanilla which pairs nicely with the apples. In the mouth there is first a little ginger and then strong oak notes, followed by cinnamon and seed coat notes from nutmeg, white pepper and a bit of clove. There are also notes of a little forest floor and honey, there is a nice long finish again with ginger notes and red cherries.
