David Finlayson succeeded in producing an endearing Pinot Noir wine, which with great ease can easily compare with the absolute best from Burgundy. The ruby-red red wine offers a complex bouquet of raspberries, blackcurrants, minerals, dark chocolate and a hint of vanilla. The taste has a perfect balance between appetizing berry fruit and fine ripe tannins.
