Citadelle – No Mistake Old Tom Gin 50 cl. 46%

Citadelle No Mistake Old Tom Gin is the first gin in the “Extreme” series from Maison Ferrand, seeking to explore and challenge the gin categorians.

This gin is sweetened with Ferrand’s special sugar mix, “Toasted Aged Sugar”, which is also used for some of Plantations Rome. As something completely unique, this sugar mixture is fadred and get notes of coconut and chocolate. It tastes terrific and we are many waiting for their “Toasted Aged Sugar” directly on a bottle!

Color: Light amber.

Fragrance: Cherrylons and Mazarin.

Taste notes: Lots of sweetness from the “toasted” sugar (caramel and burnt almonds), but also recognizable enbærooter and orange scale.

Serving suggestions: Can be drunk, in a Tom Collins or possibly try with a gin Old Fashioned!
