The Benleigh Distillery in South East Queensland uses various yeast strains along with local Australian molasses. This provides a delightfully fresh character and sweet ripe fruit, further enhanced by distillation in copper pot stills. Notes of honey, vanilla, and green grass linger in the finish.

The rum is bottled at full cask strength, with no added sugar or color, exclusively for the Danish market.
