Crémant d’Alsace – ‘St. Eloi’ Brut 75 cl.

The quality-oriented cooperative Cave du Roi Dagobert is a reliable producer of crémant. In recent years, Cave Roi du Dagobert has made great efforts to implement sustainable cultivation methods, where the use of pesticides and artificial fertilizers is replaced by mechanical processing and the use of organic cultivation methods in order to protect the environment as much as possible.

This crémant is – as the law prescribes and like champagne – made with the spirit fermentation in the bottle, which gives finer and more persistent bubbles.

Cuvée Saint-Eloi is made on the basis of grapes from the pinot family, which for Alsace mainly means pinot blanc, pinot auxerrois and pinot noir.

With this wine, they have created a dry, elegant sparkling wine with fine, pleasant bubbles and wonderfully floral aromas and a crisp green apple fruit. The expression is clean and airy in a wine that dares not be sour. Here is plenty of drinking pleasure at a price that most people can join.

Enjoy the wine as an aperitif or as a very versatile food accompaniment to non-fat dishes.
