Belsazar Vermouth – Red 75 cl. 18%

Belsazar Red Vermouth is a luxury vermouth made from, among other things, muscatel from Kaiserstuhl and Markgräflerland, which is flavored with various herbs, flowers and fruits (e.g. wormwood, which gives a slight bitterness) and strengthened with fruit brandy from Schladerer in the Black Forest before resting in stoneware containers . A good sweetness comes from the addition of unfermented grape must, which gives a far greater aromatic complexity than normal sugar.

Colour: Deep reddish brown.
Smell: Big and spicy aroma of cinnamon, cloves, orange peel and vanilla.
Tasting notes: Rich, sweet and with a balanced bitterness. More spicy notes, joined by caramel, cherry and wormwood.

Serving suggestions: Can be enjoyed over ice, with tonic or in cocktails, such as a classic negroni or manhattan.
