A true masterpiece, distilled from molasses at the renowned Don José Distillery in Panama in August 1997. The rum’s journey to perfection spanned an impressive 26 years, all on old bourbon casks. During the first eight years, the rum aged in Panama’s tropical climate. From December 2005 onwards, the rum continued its aging under continental conditions. Single Cask rum bottled at cask strength.
