Bodega Abasolo El Whiskey De Mexico is the first and only corn whiskey produced and distilled from 100% Mexican native corn.
Abasolo whiskey is made using a unique traditional method of the cooking technique called nixtamalization. This method helps to receive the deepest notes of cacahuazintle corn. This corn grows only at more than 7,000 feet above sea level and is found exclusively in elevated valleys throughout the states of Mexico, Tlaxcala and Puebla.

0.5 parts: Nixta Licor de Elote
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Glass: Rocks Glass
Garnish: Lemon and orange twist
Course of action: Add Abasolo, Nixta and bitters to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until cold and diluted. Peel citrus over the rocks glass and add fresh ice. Strain the drink into a glass, roll the shell into beautiful curls and place the decoration on top of the ice.
