A 15-year-old malt whisky from Tomatin. Matured for 12 years in bourbon casks, followed by a 3-year finishing period in Palo Cortado sherry casks.
Bottled at 46%, non-chill filtered, and with no added color.
Aroma
Aromas of honey caramel and dried oranges. Candied fruit, aged wood, and hazelnuts.
Finish
Complex and long-lasting. Black tea, ginger, and caramel (reminiscent of classic Danish “labre larver” candy)… Over time, notes of red fruits and lightly charred oak emerge.
