Crafted to celebrate our partnership with The Open, this certified organic 22 year old whiskey was distilled in the year 2000 on Loch Lomond. It celebrates every Open Championship from the 1st ever at Prestwick, in 1860 to the 151st Open this year at Royal Liverpool. A flavor profile showing soft honey, pineapple, mango and toasted oak.
Open Course Collection single malt has been crafted by Michael Henry, our master distiller using a combination of whiskeys from our unique Straight Neck pot stills and more traditional Swan Neck stills, then aged in organic American oak casks to create the signature fruitiness, honey and smoothness . smoke style only found in Loch Lomond single malt whisky.
Distilled at Loch Lomond in the year 2000 in our remarkable stills. This whiskey uses predominantly unfermented organic barley and has been taken on a range of blend strengths to create a complex whiskey that showcases our ability to distill and the impact on flavour.
Open Course Collection single malt is bottled at 48.2%, non-chill filtered with natural color to keep things as nature intended.
